The Birmingham Fashion Council (TBFC) is the official creative heartbeat of the Midlands. We are a community-led force dedicated to putting Birmingham on the global fashion map by dismantling barriers and building real pathways for emerging talent.

Through Birmingham Fashion Week (BFW), high-impact mentorship, and industry-led events, we empower the next generation of trailblazers to thrive in an environment that unapologetically champions diversity, equity, and the authentic culture of our city.

We work with creative people aged 16 and over at every stage of their journey, from students and novices to emerging and professional talents. Our community brings together the region's designers, stylists, photographers, creative directors, artists, multimedia artists and videographers to build a vibrant, inclusive home for art and fashion in the Midlands.
