Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy

1. Policy Statement
The Birmingham Fashion Council cic is committed to ensuring that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in any part of our business or supply chains. We act ethically and with integrity in all our operations and expect the same from everyone we work with.

2. Our Organisation
We are a small, UK-based organisation supporting and promoting the fashion industry in Birmingham. While our operations are limited in size and scope, we are committed to upholding the principles of the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

3. Our Commitment
We will:
Never knowingly support or deal with any business involved in slavery or human trafficking.
Expect all partners, suppliers, and collaborators to uphold the same standards.
Review our practices and relationships periodically to identify and address any potential risks.

4. Responsibility
The directors of The Birmingham Fashion Council take overall responsibility for ensuring this policy is implemented and understood. All team members are expected to read and follow it.

5. Reporting Concerns

6. Review
